Wondering what to do with all those bags of frozen berries in your freezer? Here are 10 simple and healthy ways to put those berries to good use!

    10 recipes with frozen berries

My freezer is packed with frozen fruit these days and chances are yours is too.

Fresh berries of course are always best when eaten in season, but frozen berries often works just as well in most recipes. In fact in some cases frozen is even better, since it’s available all year round and is ready to use.  They also brings a little seasonal sunshine into an otherwise grim pantry of non-perishables and are a real lifesaver when using fresh just isn’t an option.  So with that in mind, I’ve rounded up 10 of my favorite recipes with frozen berries.

The 10 recipes below can all easily made with frozen instead of fresh berries.  You’ll find everything from blueberry coffee cake, to a cherry berry crumble, lemon berry parfaits, berry filled popsicles and more.  So pull out those bags of frozen berries you’ve shoved in the back of the freezer and put them to good use!

    1. Baked Blueberry Pancake

Instead of standing at the stove waiting to flip pancake after pancake, it goes right into the oven, leaving you free to attend to other things. The top is studded with juicy blueberries for a pretty presentation, but you can use whatever kind of berries you’d like.

    2. Blueberry Almond Streusel Coffee Cake
