Whip up a hydrating hair mask made with avocados and coconut oil in minutes and pamper your hair naturally.
All-natural beauty often starts in the kitchen and what you put on your body is as important as what you put in it so I've invited some friends to share their favorite healthy homemade beauty products with you over the next couple weeks to show you just how easy it is to make your own personal care products from scratch. Please welcome Susan from Rawmazing today with her recipe for a homemade rosemary avocado coconut oil hair mask.
This easy to make, deliciously rich hair mask is a great natural treatment for dry hair.
The rich oils from the avocado and coconut oil make your hair feel soft and thick. The rosemary will also contribute to soft, shiny hair. On top of that it is a great scalp stimulator, fights hair loss and also is anti-bacterial.
We use an old basting brush to apply the mask to hair but you can also just spread it on with your fingers. Make sure you massage it into your scalp, too.
