It’s about celebrating and embracing the clean, natural foods that our bodies crave and love most.
A “gourmande” is a person who has a love of good food and drink, someone who eats eagerly and with great passion, and I believe that everyone can indulge their inner “gourmande” while enjoying whole, fresh foods.
The recipes here are fast and fresh with a focus on quality ingredients and minimal preparation that let the natural flavors of the food shine. I don’t think you need a lot of time or a long list of ingredients to make good for you, satisfying and delicious food if you start with the best ingredients possible.
