I think a modern “gourmande” is confident in the kitchen and chooses her meals with care and attention while truly enjoying her food. By eating whole un-processed foods everyone can find that balance and indulge their inner “gourmande” while enjoying the wellness that comes from eating nutrient rich foods.
The recipes here are fast and fresh with a focus on quality ingredients and minimal preparation that let the natural flavors of the food shine. Real food is a product of nature, not industry, that feeds both our bodies and souls and is worthy of our daily attention and celebration with each meal we prepare.
